Our Philosophy for Life
We believe that everything is put here for a purpose. Sometimes we don't know what that purpose is,
however, in time most things are explained.
We believe in the grace and saving power of our Lord. Through Him, all things are possible.
We believe that everyone is special in our Lord's eyes, therefore, it is not our place to judge or discourage
our fellow man, but to support the good deeds and efforts to the best of our ability.
We believe that our Lord will judge in the end, therefore we need to treat each person as fairly as we can
and to stay away from those who tear down, but it is our job to pray for those people...................................
We also believe in free will and that each person has his/her own free will to decide if they want to believe
or not, therefore, we do not believe in trying to impose our beliefs onto anyone else.
We believe that our animals are our responsiblity........... they depend upon us for their food, health,
grooming and socialization. Remember, they did not ask to live at our home, we accepted them into our family.
Therefore, we are responsible for their well being................. this is something that we do not take lightly.
Our Human Family
Our family is very important to us and we are proud to say that we have been blessed. Jack and I have
been married over 32 years, some good, some not so good, but all very interesting!!
We have a son that graduated from his university with honors and has his very own business, married to a
wonderful lady that is also quite successful. We could not have picked a better wife for our son if we had been doing
the choosing ourselves!
We have a beautiful daughter that has also graduated from her university and is working very hard toward
her career. She has a way with fur angels that is just amazing! I truly believe sometimes that they understand
what she is saying to them and they communicate to her in a way she understands them. It is a blessing to watch her
with the fur angels!

Our Home
We live in far western Kentucky. This has been our home most all of our lives. We have traveled
all over the United States, but are always so happy to come home to our little home in the country. We have been married
for almost 33 years and have lived in our tiny home for 32 of those years. We have raised two children here and
still have their little play community in the edge of our woods. They were allowed to have their own place to play called
Woodsville, and we could still see them from the kitchen window if we looked really hard.
The children always had a large mix of animals to play with and give them gentle care. The children
got to watch kittens born when they were just toddlers themselves, therefore they always had a huge respect for Mommy fur
angels. As the children grew, the animals did too. We have had all kinds of angels here, from box turtles to fish,
to rabbits, kittens, and of course dogs. Little ones, large ones and those in between.
At the present time we have a beautiful Black Lab that grace our outside.
Inside our tiny home lives my husband and myself along with our Chihuahua angels. Then of course
is our beautiful Manx cat - Little Bit, who doesn't know if he is a cat or not, he just knows that we will do his bidding,
therefore he is extremely happy! Our Chihuahuas range from age 18 or so to under a year old..
We have begun to add to our family here at Green's Haven. We want to develop our own line
to try and improve our breed along with staying within the standards of AKC. The most important thing is that they will
all be a part of our family.
Our Manx Cat
Here he is full of himself as usual! :0)
